i was using firefox yesterday and it prompted me to make a new profile, now on my ‘new profile’ i dont have any of my bookmarks, hoem pages, yada yada, anyone know how to switch back to my old profile, because i know i didnt delete it i just made an alternative one

That happens to me when Mozilla doesn’t shut down properly. It’ll give me the prompt, just close it. Ctrl/Alt/Del and if there is still an instance of firefox running manually shut it down and you should be able to open up firefox without needing to create a new profile

Same thing happens to me,same way i solve the problem.
First time it happened i had a TON of lost favorites. 
yea this happens to me sometimes…but what sean said usually fixes my problem
