Also you are right the bike is leaned further over due to the rider not getting his ass off the seat. The more you are off he bike the less lean angle you need to make the turn. because your weight is holding the line by been on the inside foot peg. Where as too these guys are holding a lean with the bars which is a mixture for a crash.
