There are a few down hill crashes actually, just more up hill.
Rider with three weeks experience goes wide into the guardrail on his first visit and first run up Mulholland. The guy had minor injuries but his newly purchased Suzuki gs500 was pretty badly damaged.

Well that was an expensive lesson.
He could have made this turn. Sometimes the biggest threat to a rider is his own fear or ego.

I am telling you man, either one of these day we will see someone have their limps chopped off by those rail posts or the city will be sick of fixing the guardrail over and over again and just put speed bump on these corners…
Seriously I haven’t seen any major injuries recorded on that road yet.

That guy totally had that turn too … but then he saw the bicyclists, chopped the throttle, stood the bike up and just starred them down.
The slo-mo looked ROUGH for the guy on the bicycle.
