That would be the obvious variable which though points to a design flaw in the stock air inlet. So maybe a CAI for a 2v is worth it, but just not as significant?
the 2V is not a performance engine, it just isnt. Its not worth it at all… paying 100-250 for 1hp isnt a very good return on investment.
Mustang GT suspension is complete garbage. A Taurus probably handles better. The parts to get it right are on the expensive side.
