This is a complely dead topic. Do I support Shift518 and this meet yes. Do i care Mike deleted the thread yeah its kinda dumb. Do I agree 100% with what some people do or dont, no hell I dont even agree with some of the shit I do myself. Ive known mike for a while he did come off in the convo like a dick but hes a good guy to know and is cool to hang out with I even go to breakfast andf stuff when hes in town. It is his forum over at Rspeed and he is entitled to do with it as he pleases whether any of you approve or disapprove. We all do things somepeople dont like so by know it should be done and over with for all involved.
Heres the bottom line:
Mike deleted the thread because of business. It’s his site and his rules. BOTTOM LINE.

Contrary to popular belief, I do think Mike’s a good guy as well. Do I agree with everything on him? Certainly not. Do I agree with his business practices? Nope. We all have our differences and although this thread has gotten out of hand, and sure, it is my fault, I still think Mike’s a good guy on a friend level.
Jim, there’s no reason to knock anyone out or anything, and a majority of the people only attacked his site and his business practices.

It wasn’t a threat and I made it clear. This thread is the proof of exactly what I meant by the consequences statement. I didn’t say I’ll do anything, I merely stated that things will happen and they won’t be good. It wasn’t apparent then, it’s very apparent now that it happened again.

I agree with the fact that he can do what he wants, i just don’t agree with his reasoning because it’s a grudge from the past that is still lingering. No one said anything bad about Rspeed randomly to bring this up. IMO it would have done nothing but ease the tensions between the sites/members, and help the car community for him to leave that thread alone.
Now obivously if Cossey has posted a thread on Rspeed that was out of line, or insulted mike, or was pointless… then i can completly see him using his right to do what he wants with his site. It’s the grudge from long ago, ruining things for everyone else that is bothering me i guess.

Just irritated that the site’s/nutswinging members can’t get along still. Instead of Cossey’s thread on Rspeed being able to possibly break the barrier of past bullshit, it just fueled the fire when mike deleted it. Aggravating.
