Why? Because of kind words?
I mean, its nice and all for him to come and post on here… but how about fix the damn car up to standards, THEN, and only then… you will see why they have the reputation they do…

mr citystars… do u even know anything about autodream or their history?? maybe if u did u’d realize that these “kind words” actually DO mean something… every shop has the occasional hiccup once in a while and this was there’s … im sure everything will be resolved til the customer is totally satisfied…
I have also been contacted by Marvin in order to try and straighten things out. Id like to give Marvin props for taking so much time and honest caring in regards to customers comming to a shop he works for and doesnt even own. It truly is a testament to his good character.
lol… I know autodream is high quality…
what im trying to say is, if it were any other company… dont be surprised if they post saying they will fix it, and never here from them again…
sorry to offended all the autodream followers.
this seems to be turning around nicely …
I kind of agree citystars. I’m grateful for everyone at Autodream for the time and effort that they’ve put into my car, it was a pretty big project to begin with. But final props are to be given after the project is finished. I’m thinking of sending my car back down after this rotation. Then we’ll see.
Thanks Marv. :partyman:
sucks to hear… it took them like 2 weeks to ship me by turbo and throttle body which is bullshit cause it only takes a 1 day.
The last time I was at autodream, I had to wait for almost an hour to let know that they did not have the part they said they had. I was pissed right off. There was no apology from any of their guys.
2 weeks for a part is normal… why do you guys all bitch you probly couldn’t find a better shop… why don’t u go to EZ i am sure they would love your headlights

autodream isnt waiting on hand and foot for customer calls so they can rush parts out…they’re one of the busiest shops i’ve ever seen and obviously their local work will take priority.

“Can’t find a better shop” does not mean that they have the right to screw you.

Thank you but that is not true. We definitely give 150% to all out of town customers. You have taken the time and risk to go out of your way to choose us, the least we can do is to show the same or more commitment on our end.
We have hired a new employee dedicated to doing shipping and inventory to ensure that parts come quicker, shipped out sooner, with less problems.
We hear your complaints and are working to fix all of them. We want to ensure that everyone is satisfied with their experience from beginning to end.
Okay, now this is just ridiculous.
Can you verify that we actually made you wait 1 hour for your parts?
If no one has given you an apology. I will apologize right now for the inconvenience.I am sorry for the inconveniece that we have caused you in any way shape or form. If you need any parts, feel free to call us ahead of time to save yourself the trip. We are not out here to “screw you” and are willing to help grow the Nissan community in every way possible.
Honestly I expected alot more professionalism from you. It’s very disappointing to hear that you could not at least have the decency to come talk to us regarding your problem.
Through all of this you have still not thanked Nguyen for spending time with you guiding you through the SR20 swap when you could not do it on your own.
If you would like to discuss this further feel free to pm me, email me @ info@autodream.ca, call me @ 248-1566, or come visit us @ bay #159-5120, 47st NE.
Thank you.

Autodream
Hi, Marvin:
I phoned you, before I went to your shop for a stupid turbo gasket. And yes, you could have saved me the trip if you had told me that you did not have it on the phone. I was pissed not because that you did not have the gasket there, but because you let me wait for an hour at the shop and then told me you did not have it without an apology.
I am not sure how much help I have got from you guys in past years. But, I thank your guys. Your shop used to be a place I go to. However, you guys need to keep up with the standard you had in the old days.
