My Kouki is Gone

i just crashed my car.

was on my way home from my moms b-day party and decided to take ridge road (runs along the mountain edge). i was having a great time but went into a tight reducing radius turn too fast. hit a pole straight on.

shes toast, hit the driver side front and bent the rails as far as I could see, the motor isn’t straight anymore. just glad I didn’t go too far near the edge i guess…

i will take pics tomorrow when i get up. luckilly the roads were too wet for the cop to see skid marks… he charged me with failing to remain between the lines or some shit like that. $105 he was actually pretty nice to me and felt bad.

think i may go with an s13 with sr now. I’ll be intouch with various people when ins. settles.

well I have never inquired about buy-backs from insurance. the few cases I have heard of didn’t go well, but I am tight with my company so we’ll see.

I will have dibs on everything transferable to s13…
5 lug, diff, umm, that is probably about it. I need 5 lug, I have 16 rims with tires mounted.

so up for grabs would be the MINT leather interior in grey. i mean mint, there is not even a hint of wear on the drivers side bolster.

depends what they are gonna give me, I can part it out pretty good I think. the pass side light glass is good but I think the mounts are busted.

Thanks for all the kind words guys. I am really sad about this, but I have always been one to look at the bright side of things. Man, this 5 speed swap stuff is going to be worth a mint… I am going to head down to the lot to snap some pics of her. Oh, I guess since it is past noon, april fools day is over, so congratulations Greg, you guessed it. It is nice to know that people on SON care.
