My S2000 Build thread 56k beware

They make high-end, track oriented suspension for a variety of cars. A kit for your’s is around $4.5k.

more then i’d be looking to spend. 4.5k goes towards a turbo far before it goes towards suspension. I will probably end up picking up something slightly used when i find a good deal.

If it were me there would only be two ways to own a S2K, Hard top or caged. Looks BA

Thanks :thumbup

Fixed.

Parts just came in from Honda

chilicoke doesn’t have any exhaust caps in stock so i am making my own.

just taped up my bumper and laid some glass, now all i need to do is trim this, hit it with some light filler and make a mold for reproduction!

PICS!

Coolant overflow came in today

how much was dat tank looks nice?

i got it for 70 shipped. I would have never bought a new one as they go for 170-

Coming together man! lookin good

I was going to say I could have made you one for that price. $170 is redic. $20 in aluminum sheet, 10 mins to cut and bend on brake, $19 for aluminum cap and weld on bung, $5 for hose nipple. 45 mins to weld if that, I would have charged $40 and a beer to weld it all up. $170 is tig welding robbery!

Stopped by the body shop yesterday and took some pics. All the bodywork is done. The hood, trunk, F+R bumpers and the fenders are all getting painted today. Going to DMV to get the plates for it today. Here are some pics:

just rock it like that, it will fit in nice with all the other hondas in town! lol
