The last few days i’ve been sand blasting all of the rear chassis parts and preparing them for some POR15. I HATE RUST! haha, hopefully this eliminates it. I’m waiting on the POR15, a new differential cover, shock mounts for the rear and my front rebar. Then once I mix all the parts together I am hoping to bust my ass and get the body work done and spray it with some primer in the color scheme i had planned. Who knows, if it turns out ok maybe I’ll paint it myself too… But for now my goal is to get it on the road. I haven’t driven it legally in almost 2 years so I have the urge real bad. Some days its worse than blue balls!
getting real close to having a nice update here… until then you can see my true nerdiness because I painted my PDA/cell phone to match my truck. Two tone scheme and all.
not to mention my old comic books, the cache of XBOXes, computer parts, and unnesecary sound amplifiction for a bedroom…

I was tinkering around the past few days and have been making my own exhaust. Here is the majority of it done. I just need to put in a bung for the o2 sensor, weld the ‘catalytic converter’ on permanently, hang it up, and clamp on a muffler. VROOOM VROOOM

don’t run it without the muffler, it sounds terrible and will fall on its face…and is that a 02 for after the cat ? … if so i got a 02 simulator u can buy for it , other wise ur prob gonna throw a code
THere is no o2 sensor bung yet. Thats one of the things i need to finish. I planned on getting a simulator, but I havent checked around for one yet. Do you know of anywhere that sells them? Or the impedence they use for after-cat sims?

Here’s an update.
I have been working on a fiberglass subwoofer enclosure and a place to mount a few relays and circuit breakers. This isn’t a finished product quite yet, but I am in a hurry to get it usable for an upcoming show.
