I took a viewing of a home in North collins that was like that. It’s actually still for sale… now only 50k… Actually a good deal now (I looked at 70k)

Garage is fucking huge but needs a good cleaning, and a huge brand new 6 stall 2 floor horse barn… which is the best place about the whole thing… actually clean.
Minus all of the horse gear left behind (saddles, everything you need… even horseshoes probably used though lol)
Realtor said we could charge them 7-8k if it’s not cleaned up before the sale because it’s suppose to be broom ready or some shit.
and another house i saw in alden was similar with shit EVERYWHERE… they had about 30-40 cats too, and it smelled so fucking horrid.

That’s not that bad. I do evictions as a side job. I recently evicted a woman out of a house so bad, that the Buffalo cops that were there were calling other cops to come look. The “walkways” had about 6 inches on old newspapers, and everywhere else had at least a foot. She had at least a dozen cats at one point. There were several of those large plastic storage bins filled with sand and cat shit. When we followed her through the house to find out what she wanted to take with her, we got to the last room where she said “Don’t bother with this room, that’s just where I’ve been putting my trash.” The kitchen was so bad we made her go in there to get what she wanted. We filled up a large Uhaul twice with just the shit she was keeping, and then spent a solid 3 days with about 6 guys cleaning it out. The guy I work for has a video of it, which I wish I could get my hands on, but here’s a picture of the living room after moving her stuff.

I’ve watched Hoarders a bunch of times. Some of the shit people live in is just unreal. Nothing like finding long lost dead cats under your garbage piles, or having your own waste pile up to the point it eats holes in the floor. The people have so much stuff that nobody can come in to fix things when they break, so the house just falls apart to boot.
This isn’t even all of it. I threw out 45-50 bags on trash day (poor garbage men) and the ex-tenant came by and stuck about 10 bags into her trunk:
