A liittle over $3000, well worth it though, just money I will get back if I sell it. I did all the work myself so saved probably $5000, thats framing, electrical, drywall mudding sanding, painting, insulation, etc.
Looks great. Awesome to gain all that unused square footage. Doggies seem to like it too.

So I went back on BestBuy and got a 50 Panasonic and 60gb Xbox for $1370.00 shipped, it will be here Monday. They didnt have anymore of the Samsungs, and they wouldn’t match the price for the bundle that circuit city had.
Finally finished my attic and I rewarded myself with a Panasonic 50 and 60gig Xbox 360. The stand looks a little funny so I might get a different one but it was free so whatever. Anyway it took a little over a year and I am fucking happy I am done, also happy with the results. I have a few more things to do around the house and I will be completely finished, the kitchen cupboards are next and I will be done in there. Here are the final pics.

↑ Yeah that’s all it is, my nieces and nephews will have fun up there when they sleep over. Now I can watch TV and still be on my computer.
Maybe down the road when I have some kids I can make it into two bedrooms. I should have put a urinal in the closet, then I wouldn’t have to leave up here.
