did it run prior to taking the carbs apart? Did you put them back on in the same cyclinders?

no it didnt, and the carbs should be interchangable. as long as the choke and throttle and fuel lines leading to them are correct. its just weird how two bog down and the other is fine.
it does have staggered jetting. 330 mains on the mag and pto and a 320 in the center.

Buy a mercury gauge and get the carbs synched thats prob ur problem!!!
Slides are dead on even, and a gauge dosnt help when it is a complete lack of fuel problem, not just a little bit out of tune.
is it fouling plugs? Sounds like it needs Reeds.
