well after changing gears in the TA of course now my speedo is off, so that is #1 and number two since the speedo is off when i’m at about 80 ish my speedo says 114 which my limiter kicks in,so in need to have my speedo fixed and my limiter taken off.i would really appreciate if someone could help me out with this,and of course i would love to pay for your skills.lemme know.oh yeah the car is a 95.

I don’t know if it applies to domestics, but when wrx’s change out gears, there is an associated speedo gear that is sized differently so that the speedo stays accurate. Maybe this is all you need?
Example:
edit: ECU adjustment would eliminate the speed governor /limiter but won’t make your speedo any more accurate.
