Burned a hole in my driver seat, looking for a good way to fix it. I was going to try and find a similar piece of material to slide under it to mask it, but I figured I’d ask here first and see if there’s a better way.
What kind of material???
im actually interested in this too because the evo recaros i bought have a tiny hole in the driver seat
I read about this before. Pull a seat out and trim some of the excess material from underneath to form a patch. Trim as needed and glue the patch in the burn hole.
Matching material looks…well matching.
Lemme know how it works cause I never actually did this. I believe this is what used car dealers do.
Call D&R on seneca street they can order material and repair the section… 842-1626
If its leather JCWhitteny sells a kit that you mix up a color, spread the color paste on and then iron it on with a piece of paper that has the same grain of the leather.
Sorry for the lack of response. Every time I come on here I go straight to off topic and forgot I’d made this post.
I got this advice from someone else as well. Seems like the cheapest/simplest solution, I’ll give it a try and take some before/after pictures and let you know how it goes.
