So me and the gf are looking for another new to us car, I am all over the Board with what kind of cars I like but in always looking for new suggestions. So far we have had our eye on the Infiniti g37 sport coupe and the 09 and up Acura tsx stick. Anyone have good or bad experiance with either of these ?
I’m open to looking at other cars from your suggestions but please no Audi or vws. Budget is around 20k but can be a bit more for the right car. Lmk what you guys think. Really looking for something newer with features like Bluetooth, must be stick, and leather and overall low maintence and a nice car.
Our previous cars are bmws and audis so maybe looking to get into lower maintence Japanese cars would do us well.
I was really impressed when I text drove one at northeast, the 09 and up is the size of an 07 or 06 tl and it drive nice too only complaints are its a bit platicy on the door panels but otherwise a very nice car.
yea the general interior material quality in a German car like you’re used to will always be better. BUT, give the car 6 months and the fact that you’ve only had to do the required oil changes and not fix anything will make you forget all about anything plastic.
they might be higher quality but i know for a fact that german cars aka audi and bmw and vw do not clean up and the buttons fall off and peel easily also the carpet material is shit…just my 2 cents
my '11 tsx has been great thus far. then again, it only has 5500 miles. im leasing it, which isnt that bad of a deal; especially if you get rid of cars in three or so years.
buy this, 07 w 50k miles w nav, flawless condition inside and out… still has warranty and extended maintenance (free oil changes, brakes, tranny flush, ext) I need to sell this and stop being a bitch and buy an m5.
This. I bought my acura (not a tsx but its still a K series) with 68XXX miles on it. Its up to 121XXX and besides oil changes and general maintenance (gear oil change, valve adjustment, filters, etc…) the only thing I’ve had go wrong was the alternator at about 100K, and the starter at about 115K. Which for the miles didn’t come as a surprise. Fuck, judging by the date on the battery its got the original battery still in it. I should really replace that haha as a preventative but it fires up every time and is never slow to crank.
