ummmm… fencing required. yup… sorry… Its NYS law… water over 24" deep… you need an approved pool fence… around the entire pool…safety latches, etc etc… not just some chain link shit. Colonie is always stopping at people homes to inform them… Dont want to be judged by a jury in a dead baby case.
