It is heated and has its own electrical service. But I will be adding a lift and some other touches. Hoping some of the guys with some killer shops/garages on here can give me some sweet ideas.

It is a house that I will live in with excellent potential if i decide to sell it. Much like the one I just sold. But deff not looking to flip/sell right away if at all. I just like equity.

2 years ago, our house on Chatham Ave. had 3 above asking price offers and sold in about 2 days. N. Buffalo market is crazy hot if you have a good house to sell.
I am about 98% sure I know what property you ate buying, nice. I did really like your current home but all that extra space and much larger garage make sense. Do you think you will make any money out of this one or are you just looking to stay in it?

I am sure you do. We loved this house so much and it will be hard to see it go. For your question on the next home I would say I would probably sell it for equity reasons after 3-5 years but who knows. Its the exact same scenario as this house was just a larger scale. Needs some updates, WAY under market. Worked once so maybe it will work again. But as you know the new property offers so much in terms of lot size, garage, house size etc that I could see not selling it.

The house is pretty awesome. I am a fan. Got to walk through it today as part of Drew’s “home inspection crew”. Needs some love but the house itself is rock solid. It’s got some scary stuff going on with the electrical but it’s definitely fixable.
He has a bathroom in his garage. He can live in there once he gets the beer fridge, cars, and tools in!
being able to live in the garage will be good when the electrical burns the place down 
excited to find out where this new place is. I <3 living in north Buffalo 
LOL I am afraid that if the renovation takes too long the wife will make me live in the garage.
