The prior record holder was a 2005 Dodge Ram with a 5.9 making 34psi and over 1110 foot lbs of torque. At that time I was still learning to use the dyno’s load controller to build boost (he made 50psi when pulling a sled). I think we can get him to 50psi now.
In any event, here’s a video of the new record pull (last pull). This tuning session lasted approximately 4 hours and netted some decent improvements.
He has a full cage in it now with aluminum race seats, window net and fire system. The car is legal to 8.5.
Not sure about Keystone but you will see the car run at places other than the Flashlight Drags! Here’s a video of some 200+mph runs at Maxton. The ECTA is far more stringent than the NHRA about safety.

Earl at Predator performance did the cage work. He did an absolutely awesome job. Predator will be closing their doors as of tomorrow. They are not going bankrupt but have decided to “stop the bleeding” from the parent company. It is a shame as they do really nice work.
Thanks but I had a lot of help. This car is sort of a community effort. I also can’t wait to get it on the scales to see what it weighs. Before the cage, it weighed 3810 with me in it. The cage added some weight but changing the seats removed some weight. I guess I’ll be happy if I stay under 3900lbs. If I can hook it up, it should go 8.5 at 159 but realistically, I’d be happy with 8.99. That was Turk’s original target.
