Hi everyone my name is Drew, I currently work for 518 Motorsports in Albany, I drive a 99’ Ford Lightning, and a 07’ Honda Cbr1000rr, also i have been working on a project car for a very long time, its been out a few times but no one has seen it in two years because i just can’t find the time to work on it or the money to finish it. My project is a 94’ honda civic hatchback, Gsr swaped, forged internal, turbocharged…right now though it just sits in my garage in schenectady which brooks and I started a few years ago as Rev Industries but things fell apart and we never actually took off as a business although we do occasionaly still do work out of the garage there, him more than myself.

One of my good friends also has a lightning I think his is an 01, its his baby. Anyways, he has an extra set of wheels, off of I believe an 03 that are, as far as I can tell, perfect. If you know anyone in the area who is interested let me know. By any chance do you know Rob B? He’s a HUGE mustang guy, you sound like someone he would know.

speaking of 518, i drove by there and saw the place gutted…Why is that speed shops can never stay in that place?? Or did they move?

Yea the place was gutted all the inventory moved out…i was still there working for aamco but i ended that short after to work just for 518, had some problems with the owner of aamco he wanted to jack the rent and didn’t give n e time for me to do the installs for 518 so it wasn’t worth staying there, boomer mcloud is moving in there from the other side of the car wash though…right now were located at 539 central ave with tint star as a temp location…only till we move to our perminant location on western ave. between suny and fuller rd.

i’m not surprised at the move the owner of aamco pulled. i have heard numerous times that place has shady business practices.

yea that place does have some pretty shady business practices…thats why i left there, my manager was a crack head and they had me sellin people there own parts back to make a few bucks… :wtf
