New Year's resolutions for 2012

Let’s hear what your plans are for this year that you can procrastinate on for around 11 months and then just wait to make it the resolution for next year.

Looking back at 2011, have you done or accomplished what you wanted to?

Couldn’t find the thread for 2011 but found one for 2010, interesting to see what people said back then.

Chad… For what jobs? I’ve been looking and only found one.

I looked into GE and a friend applied for the battery plant but its second shift.

No clue what they have open now.

Not die. Thats about it

Nothing wrong with second shift. You have to start somewhere Paul. After being in second for a year you could probably move around bud.

Im a morning person and would rather start at 5am than 3 pm.

:facepalm

SOMEONE isn’t willing to work for a good career ‘end game’. Surprise, surprise. Paul, do you realize people aren’t just going to hand you a prime 9-5 job right off the bat? If you don’t, you need to. I worked as an intern for 2.5 years with NO BENEFITS before I got my awesome job. You have to pay your dues.

For me:

  1. Get my back healthy
  2. Once that is accomplished, get back in the gym hard core for some serious cardio and weight loss work - want to get from 204 to ~190

Would not mind second shift.

I <3 third shift personally.

I’m not even sure what my goals are for this year.

Run power to the garage is the major one.

Pretty sure you said that last year.

:shifty

Less time fucking off, more time doing work around the house
When shannons done with school next semester start going back to the gym and running
Making better use of my money
Execute multi-step plan at work to move our buisness forward

Prolly some other things, some that could fall into the things listed, more or less just want to stabilize my life a little better this year and have already started doing so

save some money and not spend it like an idiot lol

im acutally looking into applying theer, i dont mind the second shift i have worked it for 6 years now.
