You can purchase fuel rail stock that has been extruded out of aluminum so all you have to do is some simple machining.

He has a EDM also available, plus you could easily have something etched into it with the CNC in the same room. 
I try and save my favors for functional stuff. Less for aesthetics…
A gun drill will get you the ridiculous depths. we have a part at the shop I work at that has an 11mm hole that is 767mm deep…that’s 70 times the diameter. now that is some deeeeep penetration 
powdercoat it black and put a pistol grip at one end…
as an engineer do they allow you to use their facilities and materials as you please? im really looking forward to my new job
