Newman's 1986 BMW 326rb build thread.

i used a hacksaw as well with great results.

i use masking tape and just tape the shit out of the hose, then hold it in a vice and let it rip through the hose.

Don’t tape the line when using the cutting tool. it wont fray. use tape only if using a cutoff wheel, or similar method. I have had nothing but clean cuts using the tool from summit. Cutoff wheel works well, but you have to clean the line thoroughly as bits of metal and rubber can get in the line.

As for this build, i give it

edit: for what the tool costs, its worth it’s weight in gold if your going to be doing alot of AN lines.

Yeah, def blow out the line after you’re done cutting it!

Photoshopped.

Holy damn $500 in lines and fittings…

$500 isnt that bad those fittings add up fast.

I love how clean this thing is keep up the great work

Try cutting with a big sharp chisel on a block of alum, think that’s the best. I did all the nitrous/fuel on Brandon z06 with a cutoff wheel and tape, that works too. Car looks great, if you run a exhaust the Evac isn’t gona work.

Yeah I use a cut off wheel and tape

hells yeah!

so true, my rx7 was the same way…you don’t realize how much it is until you actually add them all up lol

hot damn!

hellz yeah

good work beotch!!
