Looks good
Just spend 450 bucks on wheel bearings, nuts, clips and hubs.
Someone at derrick threw my old ones away…
They probably should have been replaced, though.
why is the roof / pillars not painted?
only the interior and engine bay was sprayed
newman, it looks good! you gonna drift it with us?
Installed Poly control arm bushings (HUGE PAIN) and installed the front subframe, Ireland engineering swaybar + links, and steering rack.
Lookin good. Did you get the subframe color from the jackstands? Looks like a perfect match, hah.
Dan
there is a very easy way to do the control arm bushings. did mine in like 45mins. guess this does not help now.
this gunna be ready for sundays meet?
Ieatpaint is going to be sooo upset… I dont think this is the color he was going for at all… you two wouldnt have shared the slightest resemblance…
Getting my transmission subframe coated in the same blue as the swaybars right now…
Now I need to weld on some camber adjusters…
Dude, that looks fucking sick, and sooooooooooo clean
fucking  x1000000
thanks.

are you using the stock steering rack or doing something like the 95 M3 which has a better ratio?
I have the same sway bars in the mail (won them new for a great price on ebay) but I’m going to have a hard time fitting them because of the exhaust right now which is currently resting a little on the OEM sway.
It’s the stock rack. I’m not running power steering, so a quick ratio PS rack would be a real cock to drive.
I need to find an M14 X 1.5 nut to install my subframe. This is annoying.
make sure you get a smaller wheel… I hear that 350mm is about ideal. I’m running without PS also currently and I’m thinking about upgrading to a shorter rack and adding power back in later on.
Hmm, I wonder what was soo difficult about installing the bushings? I did mine fairly quick as well.
I still have your PS delete. Come get it
Did you have a press?
I didn’t
