I did’t have a big gut or anything like that so I’m basically just scaled down.
Over the years it snapped back some but I wasn’t like those 400lb dude that have to tuck their stomach skin into their pants.
not the best idea. when you skip meals (fasting) your metabolism slows down and forces you to hold onto fat stores. what’s more if you exercise during that period (fasted cardio) you will experience muscle wasting. (think small… but not good small…)
it’s best to space out small meals throughout the day. small, planned, nutritious meals every two hours > * (well for cutting anyway…)
next time you talk to them ask them to clarify whether they mean people on a dedicated, cardio AND resistance training program, or just people who want to trim down and rake leaves for excercise. i would be willing to bet they are going to clarify that people who burn muscle tissue and need to replenish that fuel…as opposed to those who just need to consume< than they burn.

I changed my lifestyle 2 years ago…lost 40lbs from 180 -> 140 lbs
a year after that…my lifestyle “changed” back to dark-side (night dinner, no workout, etc)…rebound back 30lbs as now im at 170lbs…
im very very embarrased…
im currently working out again…hoping to go back to 130~140lbs
I hope your like 5’5"… cause 130-140 is feather weight division.

im doin a more in depth weight training program with more reps and sets then less reps then weight…this way ill get cut up instead of a power lifters body…and doin tons of cardio…no more pop starting tomorow just lots of water…thats my plan and ill be doin cardio everyday and working out every other
you are right sir, it was with respect to people who do work out/have a fitness program. for your non-active leaf raker the one guy i spoke with again, said no to eating late. mostly becasue it’s usually binge eating/comfort eating. like sitting in front of the tube and just eating because its habit.
becareful not to over do the cardio.
i just read a GREAT book (i have to read a ton of fitness shit because of work)
its called Ready Set Go Synergy Fitness… buy/borrow it, but read it. there is a lot of good information in there about working out to increase HGH naturally.

I think I’m going to put something heavy in front of the fridge… cause I just open it to look around sometimes… and sometimes theres actually food in there.
