That would be awesome. I went to the pepsi center to get my skates sharpened and i forgot that they were having a big roller tourny. All but one rink has ice. The rest is set up for roller. It was packed.
kinda OT but cant you use a roller/ice boot, and interchange with a blade/wheels? i.e. use my ccms and buy the lower end of a roller boot (the wheels and supports) or am i just retarded.

I play at holiday in the C3 league but have out of commission due to breaking some bones in my hand and having pins put in. I go in tomorrow to get them out hopefully and Ill be playing friday night I hope. Havent played roller due to my team falling apart.
I see alot of kids using Ice hockey boots and puting roller chassis on them but interchanging them would be to much work and too much money. You would have to get them riveted every single time. But yes you can use roller boots with ice hockey chassis and ice hockey boots with roller chassis.
Yeah I knew a guy that made ice into roller. They were crap. You could hear him coming from a mile away and eventually they fell apart.
I’m sure if you actually spent some money they would turn out nice, but then, whats the point. Why not just buy some roller to begin with and have two seperate pairs like everyone else.

Île Bizard native will be 40 years old at end of 11-year, $85-million contract in 2020The Tampa Bay Lightning have ensured star centre Vincent Lecavalier won’t be going anywhere any time soon, signing him to an 11-year contract extension yesterday.
The deal, which starts following the 2008-09 NHL season, will keep Lecavalier in a Lightning uniform through the 2019-20 season and reportedly will pay him $85 million over the 11 seasons.

i would venture to guess that he will not be wearing a lightning uniform by the end of his career. once he is 37 and scoring 58pts per season, they wont want to pay him 8 mill per.
