I’ve never let anyone ride with me without a seatbelt. I had one person from work tell me “I don’t like seatbelts” and my response was “then I hope you like walking”.

jackass was old enough to be responsible for himself. why is it that everyone shifts blame nowadays instead taking responsibility for themselves. Everyone needs a fucking babysitter. He got in the car, his choice, he didnt put the belt on, his choice.

If they were hit by a drunk driver and were 100% not at fault fine. But Hogan decides to ass clown and causes the accident. Looking at the car the passenger probably would have been screwed with or without a belt. Bottom line, if you’re going to assclown, do it with only you in the car or expect legal consequences if you hurt someone else.

i tell all my passengers to get out if they dont put it on. i give them till the time i get out of my driveway and if its not on they are out.
