Was that you I saw at the TW plaza like an hr ago? I was in the beat up bone stock dirty red b5 a4.
no i dont think that was me. only place i went yesterday was lancaster to get my bottle filled.
sprayed the 75 about a billion times yesterday. pulls pretty good. im happy. gobs of torque
need to buy some extra jets, right now im keeping the pressure below 1k or else it gets well into the 12’s.
Hrmm there’s another modified Silver SE-R around then. Regardless, I like your attention to detail on this!
WOW …bay looks clean…makes me want to bust out the rattle can and zip ties to relocate ish…i am assuming ur battery is in the trunk…where did u run the power wires and anykind of distribution block?
thank you.
thanks
yea i moved the battery to the trunk and placed it in a marine battery box.
i harnessed it down from inside the box using self tapping screws
i got 15ft of 2gauge copper wire from home depot and ran it through the cabin where my amp wiring used to be (under the panels along the left side of the floor)
for a power distributer i just went to best buy and bought a 0-4 gauge in/4-8gauge out power block and tucked it behind the fender
one 6gauge wire went to the starter and the other went to the fusebox
i was thinking of doing something similar…except taking the main cable that comes off the battery now and putting that into a D block and then running the wire form teh trunk to the block…same principle just reusing some existing ish…
problem with that is there is no “main” cable that comes off the battery. if you look closely, the positive terminal actually houses two small (~6gauge) cables that run to the fuse box and the starter. you have to buy a main cable to run, unless you wanna just extend two smaller cables through the cabin, but that just seems like extra work.
Clean! Nice job…
I got to see this car in person a monthish ago at sentra mega meet in TN.
on a 75shot it kept up with a 400whp s4 in 1st and 2nd (till he hit full boost…lol), the cut out is just utterly loud and i love it.
oh fuck look who decided to join the party!
finally started messing around with it again over winter
warming her up mid-winter (in 720p, although the audio sucks)
things im hoping to get done this weekend:
things im hoping to get done by the end of next week/weekend:
umm BS a 200ish whp FWD car that doesnt spray in 1st kept up with a 400whp AWD s4 in 1st and 2nd gear? Nope! a 400whp s4 would trap mid 120’s this sentra MIGHT break 100. Tell that goofy bastard at JW, Cal with the RED Neon R/T said hi!
It was a spontaneous fun run. I was spraying in first. Neither of us were really ready either, and he also had one other person in his car.
The car should have a good bit more than 200 to the wheels. Something more in the range of 230-250, and close to 300tq is what Im hoping to see.
I’ll let JW know you said hey next time I head there. He’s a cool guy and seems to do good work, but from what I can tell business is unfortunately pretty slow for him.
