does the peadle spring back up when you press it or does it sit there on the floor?

It might be your slave or master cylinder… are you at all mechanical? If there is no fluid in the reservoir it must mean you have a leak i the master or slave. If you need this tommorow you can fill it up early in the morning and bleed it before u go to work or wherever and get it fixed that day. fill up the reservoir, go under the car and follow the line connected the clutch master cylinder and this way u can locate the slave cyliner. On the slave cylinder there is a bleeder valve. open it and let the air out until just liquid is dripping out, close it now, pump the clutch a bit and do this again once more. Its a quick bleed that should give you enough pedal action to go about your day if you keep filing the clutch reservoir as it gets lower you need to get it fixed.

it does not spring back

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ yea thats because there is no fluid in it you need to put fluid in the lines and bleed it…

how do i bleed it???

I put it in the post… There is a little bolt/valve… its the bleeder valve on the slave cylinder on your transmission… once you fill it up with fluid… open that valve till no more air bubbles are comming out and its just pure fluid.
