kawi did the same thing… pretty sure they postponed the new bike for one more season… so much for the 2 year plan
EDIT… kawi just isnt releasing the new model yet… they’re still producing bikes and bringing them in.
Maybe this will steer you away from Suzuki
if reliability and styling won’t nothing will
all 4 are built top notch… no one on this board will ride any of them to there full potential…I know I won’t come anywhere close. Im going off looks and feel. If I sit on it comfortably and it looks good TO ME Im going to buy it.
^good rule of thumb.
i just had bad luck with the only suzuki i owned and nothing but solid kawis and hondas.
hence why i spew hatred. lol
as far as numbers and comfort go, suzuki has never been last thats for sure
What are you planning on buying next Joe?
im sick of bikes im buying a fucking helicopter
You’re so cute when you’re spewing hatred.
^you’re so cute ALWAYS…
suzuki… notorious for weak frames, clutch problems, and other gremlins.
pros… always gobs of power for their year, first to put a gear indicator stock, comfy seat, among others.
Theres lemons all over the place, doesn’t matter the brand. I know someone bought a kawi and had nothing but problems, or a honda and had nothing but problems, or a R1 and was perfectly fine.
Just ask Chris with his VW…
I remember one night we had a seat test, and everyone said my bike was a couch compared to theirs.
Right now, nothing. My medical bills are ridiculous and I have to wait for the insurance to reimburse me. How ever many months that will take.
research k5 gsxr 1000 clutch issues… also research problems when running certain tires/suspension settings… also research frame weakness issues and recalls… i could go on all day…
suzuki was the only model i ever owned that had these issues.
It out accelerated any bike i ever owned, and would do it without wheelieing… (i guarantee a 9.7 out of the gsxr i had if the clutch didnt have its issue)
It was also one of the most comfy, but my current kawi and first zx-6r was more comfy… honda definitely coming in last there.
Everyone hates Suzuki… I don’t get it. I’ve had one problem with mine, but it was all warrantee. It was just a switch. It’s never just died on me. I love the way it looks! I don’t think I would rather have another bike at this point. It’s so comfortable, it’s kinda fast, the bottom end isn’t that great, (but who needs powerwheelies anyways?), and mine is an autobot… Long live Optimus Gixxer.
I have a k6 GSXR 600, Bought it with 900 miles, now upwards of 16,500 miles, and never a single issue or let down. Compared to other late model 600’s i have ridden, it is more comfortable, and feels quicker. It sounds great stock exhaust and all, and i love its styling (Thats an opinion, and can only be judged that way). My 1 and only complaint with it, is that it seems harder to get down into fast corners. Both an 07 675, and an 06 R6 that i rode seemed to like to turn easier than my bike.
Its not just the GSX-R the only thing your going to see is RMZ 250/450s
I hear Buell is closing up shop also
Thats old old news.
kawi didnt release a new 10r this year… same as last years model … lame.
World Economy is so down. Maybe they should lower prices a grand or so… OR maybe something huge from manufactures will be coming… I doubt that though
