No Running Lights, Dash Lights and Fan Settings

I got a 1991 Coupe w/ HUD and the running lights, dash lights and the fan settings are not working.

I checked all the fuses and they are all seem to be good. I know there’s an article on nico about the TCU and grounding the red and yellow stripe wire. I did that and still nothing.

Just wondering if the people of SON can help me out.

Did you check your 75a alt. fuse under the hood? check that bro

I checked that and still nothing. Even took one out of my hatch and plugged that one in, and still nothing.
