No Spark, Fuel Pump Not Priming

Swapped an S14 KA-T motor into my S13, swapped dizzy, bottom half of intake, throttle body, AEM standalone VER1 ECU. I turn the key, fuel pump isnt priming (jumped the pump, it works) crank, no spark (power at coil, not going to dizzy) Ideas? Troubleshooting?

Tried the stock ECU, no change.
Tested 12v constant power, ecu is getting power
Checked pin 1 on ecu (Ignition signal) no power at all
Pin 36 (ignition switch) power with key on

ECCS relay turning on?

Everyone keeps talking about the eccs relay, and I cant find it. Its now in the engine bay fuse boxes or under the dash.

did you check the grounds on the intake manifold after the swap out? if those are not grounded you will have no fuel and spark conditions

also remove the distributor and with the key in the on position, rotate the distributor shaft and see if you hear the injectors clicking

It’s a blue relay in the fuse box under the hood. Touch it while someone turns the key on, you should feel it click.

had the same problem and realized my alarm was armed :s

I’ve got fuel now (found a plug I missed) still no spark

I haven’t got an alarm installed so we can cross that off

I had the aem cas disk in the dizzy when the ecu is tuned for the stock cas disk, put the stock cas disk in, still no spark, BECAUSE its tuned for a map sensor. Plugged the stock ecu in and WHAM fired right up  gotta wait till I get a pci card for my computer to tune the aem. Just glad I got it started. Thanks guys. Cheers.

Glad the issue is sloved!
