Noah's '92 Firebird

Thanks again for all the help dude.

no problem, i was curious how they’d look too. that was my other wheel option

wow, since when do you have a nice car?
j/k looks good

looks good

nice fit

can’t wait to see them on your car. they look good

Thats odd cause i know alot of mustang guys run them and they’ve nothing but good things to say about them? I thought about getting them also but the only reason i didnt is cause i got a little better deal on something else and i also went alittle wider. I do like how the tread looks though.

Well, it was nice out when I got home from work so I started replacing everything on the rear end in preparation for the swap. Only got the shocks done before it got dark. They’re a HELL of an improvement over what I had, I think these were put on the car when it had 30k :eek4dance

Also found out my stock stamped panhard rod is BENT! About 2/3rds of the way up it’s bent horizontally about 5 inches in! That can’t be good. Hopefully don’t have any issues installing the new one. Ordered new hardware for it and my LCA’s from Spohn tonight. Should make for a weekend project.

Anyone good with double flaring brake line and all that stuff? I’m going to need to do this: http://www.thirdgen.org/propvalve before I do the rear, and I don’t trust myself to do it, so I’m going to need help with that.

Hopefully mine will be back up and running on Friday or Saturday depending on the UPS man. Let me know if you need any help on Saturday or any evening during the week.

Those wheels are bitchin

I have the flaring tool and I can do it for ya…it’s not that hard really…

What shocks did you replace the old ones with Noah? Rearend is coming along well…

Sounds good Mike. Sending you a PM with details.

Just Monroe Sensatrac gas charged ones. From what I’ve heard form a few people I’ve talked to, I think I’ll be moving up to Tokico Illumina’s. But that’s much later down the line.

Today I planned on replacing the Panhard rod, and the LCA’s. Got the Panhard done and when I went to do the LCA’s the bolts were seized up so bad that they were about to break. I still haven’t gotten my new hardware in the mail so that’s put on hold. Here’s some pic’s from the Panhard install. Out with the old, in with the new, eh?

God I can’t wait to see that new rear-end in there.

i think i saw you turning on to 22 the other day near jadens, was that you?

Yep! Was just coming from a family friend’s restaurant; Luccia Shea’s.

nice sales pitch and good progress. I really want to see those wheels on your car.

should have bought the adjustable rod…if you ever lower that car  looks good tho

Not ever. I’d like to do a 1" drop all around like you, but it just won’t ever happen. I wouldn’t be able to get out of my driveway.

even for running his wheels,he should of!

i have all the bolts u could ever need for ur rear sup!off the newer ones, come get’em of i’ll ship u some!

did you get the z06 wheels on yet?

Got the LCA’s in. Ordered everything else I’m going to need for the rear end. The only things I’m not sure on is everything I’m going to need to swap to disk brakes in the back. I’m doing some research on that.
