i am planning to get a 1991- 1993 240sx, and swap SR20DET engine in it
qustion is :
1, what should i do with the insurance co.?
to get it insutrance before it swap , then give them a call after the swap ?
if so, will they not accecpt to insur me anymore ?
or i should just call the insurance co. and tell them about i will get a 240sx and swap a new engine in ?
2, what should i check really carefully when i going to buy a 240sx fastback ?
3, what is the price range to for getting a project car like this ?

There’s a link that tells u exactly what you should look for when buying an s13 240sx. It tells u about all rust spots. It’s in the forums, just seach.
Oh btw, dont tell your insurance company about the swap or they might not even want to insure you.
hmm, I would argue that you should tell your insurance since withholding info could end up being insurance fraud, and criminal charge, and in the case of a claim, lead to NO coverage
The only reason why I bought my 240sx was because everyone is into drifting now and i wanna be part of the jdm tyte drifting crew yo. And also, once i put in my sr20det, i will be smoking ferraris and vipers. The SR is going to make my 240 into an 11 second car. I will be so jdm tyte yo!
