on a side not… TURBO PEOPLE… my turbo wines like a little bitch above4k and im guessin the fins a scrapping the walls…
so am i safe to run it hard? i do it once in a while…

the wheel shatters and parts of the fins get sucked into your motor.
if the fins are scraping the walls then u have major shaft play and the turbo is pretty much junk.i would check it out b4 making assumptions and if it does have major play i wouldnt really run the car on it

it does have some play… it leaks a little bit of oil in the intake track but not a complte blown seal…
it will boost 11 psi… no problems untill about 4.5k then it screams… but i shift @ 5500
im not really to concerned… i just wanna se what it will run with just a conefilter and 11.5 psi… before i slap on all the shit i have in the trunk waiting…

i have my new turbo sitting beside me… im trying to get new ic piping before i install it… though
im sure its about to shit it self also…
