Naw, that contains the citizenship clause but doesn’t define natural born. Bottom line is that the constitution is vague regarding who can be president. Even if you could prove that Obama was born in Africa you still would not have proven that he cannot be president, as he was born to an American citizen. Currently the state department considers a child born abroad to an American citizen a citizen at birth.
All I’m getting at is that it is such a gray area you would still have an uphill battle to determine that he is ineligible to be president even if you could prove that he was born in Kenya. There’s a mountain of evidence that he was born in the US to a US citizen. There is no conclusive law that says that he would be ineligible if he were born in Kenya. People chasing this are attention whoring retards.

According to Phillip Berg, who has way more credentials than anyone on NYSPEED, Indonesia did not allow for dual citizenship at that time. Obama’s school records state he is Indonesian. Maybe you are right Joe but like I said, Phillip Berg has major credentials. If he is wrong and you are right I will give you a cookie.

There is too much evidence that his eligibility for presidency was void.

1.)He was born to an 18 year old woman in Kenya
2.)He claimed Indonesian Citizenship which does not allow dual citizenship under their legislature.
3.)There is no known copy of his original BC
4.)Hawaii has a few known cases of BC forgery
and a few more which seem a lot less legit.
