Pretty damn impressive if you ask me. The kid comes in and plays only his 22nd career NHL game, he’s only 21, led the defensemen in TOI and PK TOI, allowed no goals against, had a couple hits, and moved the puck from their own zone into the offensive zone all night. So he made a couple mistakes, yippee.
I know it’s only one game, but this is how he looked right before he went back to rochester the last time he got called up. Seems like he’s picking up right where he left off.
