No, you cannot get MSG over the air. it’s on now, 638-1
i just have basic time warner. I get 2,4,6,7 over the air in HD not MSG in HD though
royyyyyyyyy jesus…
Damn hockey is awesome in HD, I may as well be sitting at center ice in the 200’s. It’s usually so much better live, but this closes the gap a little.
FUUUUUUU, Miller hurt, that didnt look to good, knee doesnt bend that way naturally!
the refs suck no goalie interference. and a no goal in about 30 seconds
That really sucks, hopefully hes not seriously injured otherwise i don’t think we will be doing too good.
I miss Biron
So me and a few of my friends are watching the game and some one said “what happens if both goalies get hurt durning the same game”. I did not have a answer and now I am woundering that. Dose anyone know what the running on that is. The question would be: What happens if the main goalies and the back up are hurt durning the same game before the game is over?
6 on 5?
EDIT
according to the nhl rules:
E) Except when both goalkeepers are incapacitated, no player in the playing roster in that game shall be permitted to wear the equipment of the goalkeeper.
In the scenario you describe where the team doesn’t have a third goaltender, they would be allowed to dress a regular player. He’s given a two-minute warmup, and possibly more time at the discretion of the referee.
According to the NHL rule book…
“In regular League and Playoff games, if both listed goalkeepers are incapacitated, that team shall be entitled to dress and play any available goalkeeper who is eligible. This goalkeeper is eligible to sit on the player’s bench, in uniform. In the event that the two regular goalkeepers are injured or incapacitated in quick succession, the third goalkeeper shall be provided with a reasonable amount of time to get dressed, in addition to a two-minute warm-up (except when he enters the game to defend against a penalty shot). If, however, the third goalkeeper is dressed and on the bench when the second goalkeeper becomes incapacitated, the third goalkeeper shall enter the game immediately and no warm-up is permitted.”
In English, the team can grab anyone available to finish the game. For example, the Flyers have their farm team located in Philadelphia. If Biron and Nittimaki both get hurt and one of the goaltenders from the Phantoms is available to suit up they can and will be given an opportunity to suit him up including a warm up. If they do not have that option, they could literally pluck someone from the stands and put the gear on them. In the 70’s and 80’s, the Flyers had a trainer, Sudsy Settlemeyer who was a goaltender. Whenever a Flyers goaltender would go down, Sudsy would put the gear on and sit on the end of the bench in case of an injury.
this actually happened in washington earlier this season, there was an issue getting the 3rd guy from the minors in time, they dressed their web design guy who happens to play goal recreationally. The guy was HUGE to, like 6’6’’ off skates.

if miller is seriously injured we are pretty fucked, i mean lalime kinda sucks
