lalime played a great game…i dont care what anybody says. the officiating was complete SHIT tonight. we had the shots on goal…just couldnt get the puck in the net more than once

yea but too many sabres fans like to blame him for losses, instead of just admitting the team didn’t play at all in front of him. its hardly panic time because he’s in there short term, is what i’m getting at
edit and if he was a great goalie, he wouldn’t be a backup in the first place anyways…
I wouldn’t blame him completely. Last game however he was not playing well at all and was a big factor for the loss. That said the turnovers didn’t help us either. Lalime is a mediocre goalie I would say.
For the position Lalime is in, you really can’t ask anymore of him. He steps up when the team needs him to, its just unfortunate they don’t do the same for him.
well with him being sick enough to miss practice the next morning, i have a feeling he wasn’t exactly 100% in that game either

The most inconsistent team in the league by far. We just lack the drive to win, looks like they are barely trying and i guess points don’t mean much to them

yea really here is a player that went from being benched during the playoffs a few years ago to becoming one of the major cogs of our team
On a side note, both Carolina and Florida lost which means nothing really changed today.
wow good to hear, last I saw carolina had a 2-1 lead.
But come on now, if we cant beat the worst team in the league like 4 years running LOL… the thought of us in the playoffs will be horrendous. Its another thing to lose to them but to be shut out, is unreal.
Another solid performance from lalime, our defense is a fuckin joke as usual and hecht , and pominville seem to fuck a game up more and more every time.
