Anyway, pretty good game against the Avs thus far. Holding the #1 offense scoreless through the first 50 minutes of the game = clutch.
A little disappointing goal but they have been out playing us the last couple minutes. We need to get our feet moving

Exactly. That goal was BS though. Should have been interference. But what can you do. We have 14 out of a possible 16 points. Thats damn good. Our boys look good. Next is the first game against Ottawa at home. Its a big game. We got them though. We need to come out early and build that lead. Onto Buffalo’s game in Colorado.
The game was good, fun to watch I DO NOT think there was a problem with that goal.
Honestly unless colorado outplayed them that hardcore in the overtime period, It looked like Buffalo was trying to go to the shootout.
They seemed unmotivated in the over time period, I think that hurt them.
The shootout was deffinatly exciting.
Did anyone else peep the giant grin on Millers face when he saved the sakic shot? haha.
I think colorado out worked them in overtime and thats the only reason they got the W.
Yeah, that was another great chance to beat a team with really weak goaltending. Im glad we got the point but we should have had 2 with no problem for that game!
Just Karter jumped ship from the Sabres to Philly, mainly because of Biron. So I’m just showing him why he’s a moron. If he could keep the Miller hate out of this thread it’d be fine, an I’d leave Marty out of it.

philly sucks. but I’m still a marty fan. However in terms of backup goaltenders go, i’m a conks fan more.
a lot of the hate i hear on miller is just foolish. like “wow that guy doesn’t know what he’s talking about” foolish, so I just dismiss it. goaltending is different from playing out, man. You have to judge it by a different set of standards.
plus, I’m a firm believer that playing the game opens gives a whole new perspective. I have friends that started a few years ago, and it’s wild how their vision changes on the ice over the course of 2-3 years (there are always exceptions). That is also evident in the way they watch the game; they see things more.
