OFFICIAL '11-'12 BUFFALO SABRES SEASON THREAD

Thanks guys, I bookmarked both sites.

1-3 ugh

Leopold crushes Ruff in practice- three broken ribs is the rumor! Not only did they have 13 NHL players injured at one point this season, even their head coach is injured! hahaha

Confirmed : http://sabres.nhl.com/club/blogpost.htm?id=6199&navid=DL|BUF|home

Great game tonight, BOS really never had any sustained pressure or real offensive threat against the sabres. Fights were meh, because we really don’t have fighters. 6-0 against the Bruins is all I need.

went to the game great morale there tonight. i always enjoy the games just a bonus when we win 6-0

Good thing he didn’t break a hip, they might have put him down. Jimmy looked comfortable back there. Think I saw his hair thinning by the third period.

Soooo is this what we get when there is a ‘new’ coach behind the bench?

First thing I thought of when I heard this score this morning.

Lindy’s swansong? Could it be?

If that’s the case then I guess get rid of Vanek too.

Yeaaaahhhh ahhhhh, I dink that Patrick James guy did pretty good back dere, what do you guiese dink about drying to drade Lindy and Miller for Ovechkin and dat Bing Crosby, and just start dat Yohan Enron guy?

uhhh WTF?

Funny people say new coach behind the bench. All main coaching from my understanding was still lindy. coaching from above and if anything giving him a better perspective of the game from up there. He still calls the shots, still goes down to the lockerroom and talks before the game, end of each period, and end of game.

Yes I’m for a new coach, but this didnt play the roll in any change in lines, change in set plays or motions taught… the only thing different was that his face/presence was not on the bench.

Cant wait to go tonight and see how they do.

OOhh Yea, I like da sound of dat.

FUCKING FUCK

Time to Blow this team up. Take a hike: Roy, Stafford, Boyes, Gaustad, Miller. That’s just a start.

I’m not saying I want Miller traded, but Tampa needs a goalie and they have some goal scorers…

is it against the rules for a team to just not play the rest of the season? that way they could get a good draft pick for a player that actually wants to play

Somebody please put out this tire fire.
