gimme the system dump.
Ugh, every time I see this thread pop up and it isn’t someone saying Jelly Bean is available for the AT&T S3 I’m disappointed. Really miss the way the latest iOS was released for everyone the second Apple made it available.
On the plus side, when you’re on Android you’ve probably already had features of the latest iOS release for 2 years.
the nexus 4 phone is supposed to be available for purchase direct from google for $299 any day now…
I’m considering going this route to get into a new smartphone and avoid having to re-up my contract for 2 more years…I’ll just keep going month-month on my current plan
Too bad it doesn’t have any LTE’s.
I’m on sprint anyways, so that doens’t really apply to me at the moment haha.
EDIT: review
CM10 final is out
It was available earlier today and sold out. It’s hspa/hspa+ only. So basically tmobile and at&t.
awesome, THANKS…I’m still on one of the nightlies from beta
So I am getting a new phone this week. Is the S3 the way to go? I feel that I like it, but is there something on the horizon in the next few weeks/months that I should sit back and wait for?
Verizon? Do you want an Android for sure? Do you want to tinker with it? If you’re into big phones the Galaxy Note II is on VZW and pretty sweet, the DNA thing that came out today looks pretty nice too, and the iphone5 is always best for people who don’t want to fuck with their smartphone.
But yeah the GS3 is still most popular, with all the app/rom/accessory support that comes with that.
Rumor is this week.
I have been on android for years but also own an Ipad so I am comfortable jailbreaking and messing with those as well. I do feel that my wifes Iphone is lacking to my current phone and the S3 will even be larger leap forward. I will have to compare the Note as I have not read anything on it.
I am concerned with speed, as I am often doing several things at once on it and my current incredible 2 gets bogged down somewhat often. Actually that last statement really disqualifies the iphone as it does not do all the fun things that i have my android set up for with work.
The Note II is basically a supersized GS3, which I wish I had. But I spend more time reading ebooks on my phone than talking on it.
The Droid DNA that HTC released today looks pretty silly on paper at least. Quad core processor and a 440 ppi screen? Could be worth waiting for.
Motorola’s got like a half dozen RAZR’s out now that are all solid phones too. Some sort of RAZR Maxx is probably still your only bet for getting through a full day of moderate use. 12 hours is about the limit with the GS3.
Any of the latest smartphones will run circles around your incredible2. You can’t lose.
the battery life on my regular droid razr is laughable. I have it plugged in all day long at my desk, and again when I go to bed.
Shits awful.
AH yes… 5", 1080p, Quad Core, 2GB of RAM, wireless charging, and thinner than an s3. SOLD
I am going to grab this in a few weeks.
Dna looks great except no sd slot
S3 is great but known issues in certain areas with sim cards ( my work phone)
New windows 8 phones are great, just hoping there market can triple in size or else it won’t stand a chance
New maxx hd is a spectacular phone with no downfalls imo
Note two is great if you want a phone that big, lots of awesome features and a big battery to go along with the big power hungry screen
Rumor is the s3 will have jb by the end of the month on vzw
I’ll say next year, because VZW gargles balls with updates.
Hopefully your pleasantly surprised
