I love tasker, and I’m only using part of it’s potential I know. It’s like buying a smartphone and being like this is awesome it makes phone calls, and doing nothing else with it. For my one app, it doesn’t do backups if the screen is locked. So I have tasker setup so if my phone is charging and Carbon (the backup app) is running the screen will stay on for 3 hours.
I gotta figure out what ate up my battery from the time I drove in to work and a couple hours at work. I’m still messing with Tasker, but have some pretty cool stuff setup to automate Wi-Fi, bluetooth, and GPS.
Anyone have any idea on the next keyboard android phone? I’ve loved my droid 2 but its dated. Don’t want to waste an upgrade to the droid 4 since its been out so long.
I’m due for upgrade june 1st…been reading/watching LOTS of reviews and comparos on the HTC One and GS4, and have been trying to compare features of those with the iPhone, GS3, and LG optimus G (because I can’t have the Nexus4 variant on CDMA)…I don’t know what my upgrade pricing will be, but if I can get the HTC One or GS4 for only like $50-75 more than the GS3/Optimus G I fucking will, even though I’m not really concerned with all the wicked gadgetry they’ve been working into these superphones. I really just want swype and battery life over what I have now on my Galaxy S… The HTC One seems to really edge out on battery life (even though it has a 2300mah battery compared to the GS4’s 2600mah)…the camera on the GS4 is way better except in low-light, but I really don’t give a shit because they’re both better than my Galaxy S camera.
I’m a huge fan of the appearance of the HTC with having an aluminum housing, but the videos I’ve seen for the scratch resistance of the GS4’s screen are nothing short of unbelievable.
had my razr maxx hd for a little while now, still loving it.
one thing though is that it seems to use more data than my old droid 3. droid 3 was 3g phone this one is 4glte. dont think im using it any more then my old phone…
Yeah my friend has a Note 2. I love it.
Altho if the Note 3 is closing in on 6 inches + that’s a little too big for me…
Honestly I just want the S-Pen(15) … was really hoping the S4 would have it.
I have a note 2 and love it. Walking out of store I was thinking that the phone is huge. I got used to it fast and now my gf’s iphone feels like a toy.
I’ve been using the iphone since the 3g days. I just purchased an unlocked HTC One (actually, my gf got it for me). Let’s see how it goes coming from a diehard iOS fan.
And after a few months you’ll end up like me, unable to go back to the iPhone’s smaller screen but unhappy with Android compared to iOS. Come on 4.8" iPhone!
