Because some of us are software engineers by day and the last thing we want to do is fuck around with a phone just to make it work like it should out of the box.

jk. sorta. to each their own. I don’t go as crazy as most android people do as well, but what really killed apple/iphone for me was stupid ass iTunes and HAVING to go thru that to do anything (it may have changed now, but too late for me)
plus, more people tend to crack medical apps that I don’t want to pay for haha

Still seems a bit steep. I’d be willing to check it out. Love Play Music interface. Spotify’s UI is atrocious though.
