Oh yeah, I don’t doubt it, but I’d like to know that my data is being transmitted and stored securely.
I seem to recall that their username/password saving capabilities were storing passwords locally in plaintext, though. So naturally, I’d like to see some storage encryption of my data. Ala, lastpass.
Very little android/device news. I would highly doubt seeing any CDMA devices in the nexus program after the sprint/vzw issues with them in the past though.
They announced unlocked galaxy s4 available for sale in the play store for AT&T and tmobile. That was the only device announcement.
very underwhelming I/O for sure, No new android version and no new devices (unless you want to call the S4 google edition a new device). There was only one device giveaway a chrome book pixel. Highly dissapointed in the event.
Phone is on and receiving information, but the screen never comes on. I can eventually guess at the the location of things on the screen and unlock it, I can even turn the phone off (again, by guessing at where things are) or make calls. I have not been able to perform a reset, but I know the buttons are working because I’ve taken about a dozen screen shots (all of which are blank). Any idea what is wrong and how to fix it???
About a month and a half ago I sent the phone back to Moto to replace a cracked screen. No issues until this week, blinked out for about half a day Wednesday, never came back after it happened again yesterday.
Been on Jelly Bean for weeks now, no issues until this Wednesday this week. I assumed it was the mega email my boss sent me that zapped all the processing power and RAM.
