HTC Incredible Hitting Verizon April 29
We’re only into the first week of april too. Also, another thing to note is that a lot of bigger named apps are starting to hit. Tweetdeck announced it is developing an app and we just got the official Skype app.

Well if the evo drops in june I may just get that instead and switch to sprint for a while. I think the tipping point is that the evo can be used as a hot spot. Unless there is and app for android phone that allows that without tethering. The feature will just be way too useful for work to not have not that I know about it And there is no way im going to a pre.
How does this work…is it even legit? I’d imagine so since it’s Amazon, but how do you go about getting a discount through Verizon when ordering via Amazon?

no they have a deal with verizon. I have been offered that phone for 50 before. They are just clearing out the droids bfore they launch the incredible in a few weeks. They did the same thing with the storm before the storm 2 came out.
They have that sale on Droids for a while now. It’s a great deal. The upgrade is a bit more than the new contract though, fyi.
Why would they want to clear them out before the incredible? As far as I know, Verizon is still selling for 199.
thats all everyone is saying on the android forums… I don’t know maybe they are assuming when something bigger and better comes along they are afraid they wont sell them anymore.
Do you need a new contract to get that deal threw Amazon? If not I wouldn’t mind buying another one because I dropped mine getting out of the car. 
yeah that is only with contract. You have insurance on it? I think its like a 85.00 deductible
the SUPER cheap price is with a brand new line. To get it under the annual upgrade price is probably a little more, but no more than 50
85 is to much, hell even 50 is more than I’m willing to pay. The damge is only cosmetic so it isn’t that big of a deal, just annoys me every time I look at the thing.
Incredible Specs:
the only thing I wish it had and it may be a deal breaker for going to the evo, is the mobile access point feature. Yeah i can tether but its definitely not has handy for me.

I know i just know the evo as it and htc made both devices. Verizon just announced that people that use the pre can use the feature for free… It would just make my life very easy with work
