If you want a top of line phone, I would go with Droid Bionic for 4G LTE. If you don’t need/want 4G LTE, the Droid X2 or Droid 3.
Yep. Bionic is the best phone on VZW right now. If you don’t want to pony up $300 then the Droid 3 is probably your best bet at $200, but I’d play with a DX2 or an Incredible 2 also. Inc2 is a world phone if that matters to you. If you don’t want to spend $200 then it’s going to be an outdated leftover of last year’s models so just play with them all and buy whatever you like best.
Personally I’d get a BB 9930 though.

when i read that it looks like just a bigger nexus s I got really disappointed because i not fear that it will not be the new nexus and just a nexus s with ICS
It should still shape up to be a very nice phone, probably dual 1.5 processors.
I live in Denver now and I’m in a car driving to yellowstone national park for the weekend lol. I’m stopping at a random Verizon in the way in Wyoming.
I suppose thats a good enough reason to buy elsewhere…

My gf’s brother bought a Bluetooth obd2 connector on ebay for like 20 bucks. Let me borrow it for a few weeks. I paired it with the torque app. It’s a neat device. Definitely buying my own.

Yeah why return it, the BIONIC is pretty BA. If it was the thunderbolt then I could understand.
