here is the error. is it the file I downloaded / trying to install or something else?
This happens when trying to install the OS to my computer, before plugging the phone in and running DM.
edit: i’ve never had a problem upgrading a 8130 or a 8330 before.
redownloaded the file, installed fine.

I just saw your screenshot and was going to tell you to redownload. Glad it’s working. IIRC OS 4.5 enables HTML email, correct? So you should be able to view HTML messages properly now?
ive been rocking various versions of 4.5 since it came out on the curve. This is just a temp demo phone my VZW contact lit up for me for my trip.
For those who care, 4.7.0.103 is out for the Storm. I’m reading mixed reviews on it. .99 is doing VERY well for me, so I may stick with that for a bit.

Options -> Memory -> Media Card Support (On)

Shouldn’t matter. How long do you let it sit on the USB cable? Sometimes it takes my mac a minute to recognize a new drive.
Also, check to see if it shows up in the Disk Utility on the Mac (Applications -> Utilities -> Disk Utility)

is the memory card inserted correctly? does the device recognize that one is in there?
