The ‘no wifi’ thing killed it for me. Guess you have to sacrifice one for another. (Javelin is 3-band+wifi) I’ll stick with the Javelin.

Ok, any ideas why my phone is going SUPER slow? I don’t think i have many apps only put on FB and google earth, but it takes like 20 seconds to open a text, then like 30 seconds before it leaves the “send” screen…
There are lots of pics on the SD card, should i cut down on those?
Hold down the blackberry button until the task switcher opens, then scroll left/right to see everything you currently have open. I can’t imagine it’s much but still worth checking.
Have you done a battery pull recently? Might be a memory leak or some other geek speak that I don’t really know what it is.
I have to pull the battery almost daily it seems like because it freezes up.

Wow, I haven’t had to do regular battery pulls since I was running 4.2 on my 8800, I think I’ll steer clear of 5.0.

There’s your problem! They changed the browser drastically on 4.5 but if you don’t use it much, you probably won’t care, try it out.

try clearing out your old texts/emails/phone call logs. also, do a memory cleanup.
also, try updating to a newer OS.
Battery pull will jump start it. You did remember to delete the vendor.xml file, right?
