i’m checking out the new storm on lunch, also upgraded mine to 5.0.0.328, the swipe scroll bounce is semi annoying, but overall a solid release.
i’m also not a huge fan of the new SMS interface but its not bad
new tour software needs to come out now!!! WTF

since I had a modern day phone… (i keed), mine was already threaded. But now the space in which i have to type is shrunk down significantly to the point that it is very cluttered which is pretty absurd given I have a full screen.
edit: oh and for the storm 2, I am not completely sold on the new touch feel. it seems like i have to press way harder on it and i don’t like the removal of the physical buttons at the bottom. if the original storms didn’t have dead spots i would have to say i like the original much more.
So today I hop on my computer and when I do my blackberry desktop icon pops up and notifys my saying new phone device software 5.01 upgrade now available. It takes for ever, downloads and then i restart the computer and its gone?
It said new 5.01 software for the phone wtfffff and now its gone
Those keyboards seem really small and I have pretty beefy fingers. How do you guys compare touch screens vs keyboards?
I type about 3x faster on keyboards, with less mistakes. I too have beefy fingers…

I am still having this issue. No files sent via bbm 5.0 will download. this is happening with everyone on my contact list.
I was trying to view some youtube vids earlier today and it comes back with “Cannot play media while Alert is active.” I never had this issue before.
Thoughts anyone?

spent the last 4 hours deleting random crap .cod files i dont need (themes, ringtones, setup, etc).
I now boot with 30.x mb free
