No you don’t. You may have one of the leaks, but you do not have the “official” 5.0 OS on your Tour. The “official” release is not available yet.
anyone having issues using bbm 5 and opening pictures? It seems to want to save all the pics that get sent to me through it and even if i try to save it never somes through…

The storm 9530 has been an average phone at best for me the past few months. Now that I updated to a leaked/beta 5.0.0.323 OS, its much faster and more responsive. So with that OS installed, I would actually suggest the storm, if touch screen is your thing. If you need a keyboard, look elsewhere.
the storm 2 is only a few days away if not wait for the next curve.
upgraded to 5.0 OS and everything is missing, browser all my apps, cannot connect to bis. Not a happy camper right now.

i refuse to buy it cause the charging dock is different LOL, anyway I finally got the browser to show but i am missing messenger 5.0… I can install the old one and that is where it should be but when i upgrade it disappears. any thoughts?
Maybe when it reloaded everything from the backup, it didn’t fully restore your settings? Try reloading the backup files from when you upgraded. I’ve upgraded three separate Storms to OS 5 this morning and all have gone very smoothly (although we are on BES).
Just picked up a tour yesterday. My phone died in Mexico so I decided it was about time to upgrade. Loving the thing thus far.
Storm2 (9550) comes out Wednesday. Wait for that. Or if you want a physical keyboard, get the Tour.

my issue worked itself out, i got an activation notice and thought that was it but nothing came through until i got a second one. other than that all is good.
